PlayStation Plus is preparing for the arrival of new titles in its Extra and Premium tiers this April, highlighting the inclusion of the acclaimed indie game Blue Prince, which has already made its debut on the service as a day-one release. This innovative title has garnered attention for receiving a perfect score of 10/10 from GAMINGbible and has a score of 93 on Metacritic, making it the highest-rated game of 2025 so far.
Hogwarts Legacy: the strongest bet
Additionally, PlayStation Plus subscribers will be able to enjoy Hogwarts Legacy, a highly anticipated game for Harry Potter fans, which many consider a dream come true. This title, while generally well-received, has faced some criticism for the repetitiveness of the open world once players leave the magical environment of Hogwarts Castle. The excitement for the arrival of this game is palpable, with users expressing extraordinary dedication; for example, one mentioned waiting 799 days since its release for it to finally be available on PS Plus.
In addition to these two games, the Extra level of PlayStation Plus will also add other options such as EA Sports PGA Tour, Battlefield 1, PlateUp! and the day one release Lost Records: Bloom & Rage Tape 2. For Premium level users, Alone in the Dark 2 and War of the Monsters will join the list of available titles.
While Blue Prince has captured the attention of critics, it is Hogwarts Legacy that undoubtedly generates more anticipation among fans. The combination of a captivating narrative and satisfying combat suggests that this month will be a memorable one for those who enjoy the platform.
