    "I used to have an activity tracker but it only focused on fitness and sleep. This is way better, I feel like it keeps my health on track, in both physical and mental ways. Losing weight fast, is that even possible? Well, I read through the book and it has some good points. I particularly liked the section about how nutrition plays a role in losing weight.
