If you’re a Fortnite fan that’s been around since Chapter 1, you may recall that Travis Scott and Ariana Grande performed concerts for the gaming platform. It caused a massive sensation, and even Bruno Mars appearing as a playable character with songs on the radio stations was welcomed in Chapter 3 Season 1. Well, it looks like Billie Eilish may also be performing for fans.
Epic Games hasn’t confirmed if the rumors are true. The source is FortniteIntel, a Twitter member who’s reliable when it comes to Fortnite leaks. Apparently, it’s been in the plans for the last few months already, so Billie Eilish has kept a tight lid on it if it’s true.
So far, the concerts we’ve seen on Fortnite have been lucrative for the performers. It’s an excellent way to get in touch with current and new fans of singers and gamers alike. Since we’re quite fond of some of her songs, we’ll certainly book a virtual sat to see Billie deliver a Fortnite concert. It would be great if they also based a playable character on her as they did with Bruno Mars.
We’re also expecting to hear new songs by her in the game if the concert does appear. Donald Mustard, Chief Creative Officer for Epic Games, recently attended a Billie Eilish concert, so perhaps that’s where the inspiration came from. Since Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 2 ends in early June, we suspect that the game’s concert may happen by that time.
We’ll let you know as soon as it’s confirmed. For now, feel free to read about the changes in the latest Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 2.
