How are your adventures at Hogwarts? Has Professor Weasley sent you your first homework assignments? Have you chosen your Hogwarts house yet? Has your wand chosen you? Whatever the case, there are many hours ahead of you at Hogwarts Legacy, whether it’s solving the mysteries of mysterious ancient magic or learning such powerful spells as the lethal avada kedavra.

Many hours in which you will face all kinds of enemies that will test your magic skills and that will leave you on the verge of death on more than one occasion, but for that we have our friends: the Wiggenweld Potion.

What do I need to create a Wiggenweld Potion?

Wiggenweld Potions are one of the most useful potions you’ll have in the entire game; one sip of this greenish potion and you’ll recover enough health to keep on fighting. Although you will have them from the beginning of your adventures, it won’t be until several missions later when you will be able to create them with your own hands. Yes, just like Harry Potter in Severus Snape‘s classes.

To prepare a Wiggenweld Potion, you will need only two ingredients: horklump juice and díctamo leaves. You will only need one unit of each of these ingredients to create a Wiggenweld potion in just 15 seconds. Remember that you will only be able to carry 25 units of Wiggenweld potion, so you will have to manage them well when you go out exploring.

Where do I find the ingredients of the Wiggenweld potion?

While making Wiggenweld potions is easy, finding the ingredients can be a bit more tedious, but that’s what we’re here for. To get your hands on some of these leaves, you’ll need to buy them from The Magic Neep store in Hogsmeade, or grow them yourself, either in the Herbology class greenhouse or in the Room of the Masters.

You can find horklump juice while exploring in or near caves, as well as in subway caverns and chambers. If you want to find horklumps easily, stop by the cave west of Horklump Hollow (north of Hogsmeade), and you’ll have a good handful to create Wiggenweld potions. You can also buy it at J. Pippin’s potion store.

In addition, this Hogsmeade store also sells the Wiggenweld potions, so if you don’t have many ingredients on hand and you have an emergency, you can always buy them from our dear friend. Just remember not to spend all your precious gold and save whenever you have the chance.
