Rockstar Games is having a dream week. Despite the leaked trailer dampening the GTA 6 presentation, the reception has been spectacular. Both critics and users are giving it high praise, and it’s breaking all existing records. In just 48 hours, it’s been viewed more than the first trailer of GTA 5 in its entire history. Adding to these incredible days is Roger Clark, the famous actor who lends his voice and motion to Arthur Morgan, the protagonist of Red Dead Redemption 2.

In a recent post on his official Twitter profile, the actor considers the possibility of a third installment of the Wild West game. Clark responded to a follower asking if he sees the possibility of a Red Dead Redemption 3, stating that if it were to exist someday, it would be without Arthur, his character.

“I’m certain we will see Red Dead Redemption 3 one day,” he indicated. “When that will be – I have absolutely no idea. Don’t count on Arthur’s involvement either. His story has been told, I feel.”

Getting into the spoilers (warning to readers to stop reading), we shouldn’t forget that here Roger Clark refers to the final stretch of Red Dead Redemption 2, where the character he portrays, Arthur Morgan, dies to pave the way for the playable part of John Marston.

Logically, thanks to the ending of the first Red Dead Redemption, we also know that John doesn’t end up alive, hence his son takes over. In the case of a hypothetical third part, who would be the protagonist?
