Gazing at the stars has always fascinated human beings. These distant points of light fill us with curiosity and nostalgia as they guide us into the unknown. The universe is still a great unknown for human beings. But… Why settle for watching the stars at night or discovering a tiny part of the mysteries of the cosmos in documentaries? You can enjoy it at any time from the desktop of your PC or the screen of your cell phone thanks to space wallpapers.

In today’s article we are going to offer you a selection of the best space wallpapers in 4K and HD. All of them can be downloaded quickly and conveniently from the same website. If you always wanted to be an astronaut… What are you waiting for to bring space to your monitor or smartphone?

How to know the screen resolution of your PC

Not all monitors are of the same brand… and not all monitors have the same resolution. For this reason, the first step to follow before downloading wallpapers is to know the screen resolution of your computer. This is really important, since it will determine what type of file you should download from the website, especially if you want the background image to appear correctly as a desktop background.

To find out the screen resolution of your PC, first of all you need to access the Windows settings. To do this click on “Start” (this is the Windows icon that appears in the lower left corner of the screen and click on the “Settings” icon (it has the shape of a cogwheel). Alternatively you can use the keyboard shortcut Windows key + I. Then click on the “System” option.

Once you have done this, select “Display” from the left side menu of the window and slide the options until you find “Resolution”. Here you can see the current resolution of your PC monitor and also the recommended resolution. Make a note of the number so you can choose which wallpaper to download.
