As someone who suffers from anxiety, this is a very good app. It does more than just tell you when to breath in and out with some pretty little music playing; it explains how stress works and affects your body, which, to me, is very helpful in controlling my anxiety and helps me focus on my breaking. The app has different modes to rate your stress so it can help me more effectively . It also has some tutorials and results pages, which is nice. Great app. More
