Best rainbow effect apps

What can I say? I've been using Instagram for so long now and most of my pictures from vacations are edited here. Their rainbow filters are definitely the best out there and this doesn't really take too much knowledge to edit pictures beautifully on your phone. So for a good rainbow effect app, this tops the list! More

My younger sister (she's 12, turning 13 this yr) and I so so love having pictures taken when are on full makeup and share them with our friends on Instagram (|We even post separate stories in our own accounts LOL) Our go to filter is a rainbow so she is constantly asking me to take pictures and "make her a rainbow". Useful app!

I love that I don't need to open another application to edit my selfies after taking them. I can just point, pout, shoot, add rainbow effect, and share it on Instagram. I love that I always get a new follower whenever I post my selfie with the hashtag #Rainbow!!

Flickr is nothing new, but a classic. If you are a big picture taker like I am, then you need this app. With Flickr, i can share my photos (just like instagram). I can also edit photos and organize them very easily. This is a simple app. As I am not a great tech person, simple and easy is what I need.

I have tons of pictures in my catalog and using lots of tools can be heavy but Flickr is like all-in-one. You can basically use this as a very good rainbow filter app and so much more

Very cool app that ads some extra vintage flair to your photos. You don't need Instagram to add rainbow filter etiher! So you can edit and modify your app all within your phone and send it to your friends without having to reference the filters on Instagram first. So far I find the results on this one far better anyways! More

This actually has the best rainbow filter that I've seen for pictures, plus its so easy to use. I always use it seen it became a trend for photos like a couple of years back. Wish it was free though

Can I just attest to the other comment saying I'd be getting a bunch of likes and hearts on Instagram if I use this app??! They say downloading the pack is a hassle but I tell you it's worth it! It won't take long and voila, a pretty selfie with rainbow colors! =)

Being a photographer, I can say that this photo editor really is very useful and can definitely give you your desired effects. Very easy to use

As a traveler, I love taking photos but I could not find a photo editor for using on the go. Then I found Pixlr which is easy to use and has over 2 million ++ free effects. If you're looking for rainbow effects, Pixlr will not disappoint.

If you like to take and edit high-def photographs then this app would suit you. If you are proud enuff, you can share it to the vsco community where photohographers from all over the world get to see yours too with a hashtag of course and you to receive comments from others all around the world--yeah, you have your own feed. I can keep professionally looking photographs right at my disposal.

I am willing to spend a penny on the pre-set filters that this app offers because they were carefully designed for every look that you want. Although they are pre-set, you can still edit them! Plus yeah, you can show your masterpiece to the world.

This is a camera app has a rainbow effect function but the user may not be satisfied with it as it does not have a lot of setting for the rainbow feature. It is not the primary purpose of the app.However, I have tried the newer version of this app, it is called Camera plus 2 and the amazing filters are there!

This camera app is really good on my iPhone. It adds flavor to my pictures with special effects as well. Otherwise is is a pretty standard app with shooting modes that help me take better pictures overall. It makes me want to share my pics more because they turn out really good. More

Snapseed offers a professional quality of photos and I was able to enhance some important family photos with the effects. I found the interface to be intuitive and an improvement on other editors that are regularly available on the market. This is one app I will continue to use regularly!

Definitely a convenient app for me. The best thing about this editor is that it supports RAW files from my dslr camera! I don't need to convert it to JPEG and it lets me retain the HD photos Ive taken. I just recently discovered it so Im having a hard time looking for the rainbow effect :(

Aviary is a pretty good photo editor, and it has a ton of different effects you can add that are somehow rainbow in effect but there is no specific rainbow filter that you can use right away. But no worries because you can play with the effect and make your DIY rainbow filter :D

Luminar has been one my favorites for filters and rainbow effect apps specifically. It's somewhat close to Photoshop so I've been able to use it with my full knowledge.
