Euro Truck Simulator 2 ‘Going East’ DLC almost ready

SCS Software’s Euro Truck Simulator 2 DLC is almost ready for release, as the company has announced the release candidate is ready, so it is on track for a September 20th release.

The Going East expansion pack brings roads and cities of Poland, the Czech republic, Slovakia and Hungary to the truck sim game. SCS plans to expand the game in other directions soon, but its popularity in central Europe convinced the developer to reward its fans there first. You can see a Going East trailer below.

If you haven’t heard of Euro Truck Simulator, it’s a phenomenally popular simulator based around making deliveries around Europe. It’s a a pretty relaxed game, but if you’re a fan of the open road, there’s not much else like it. The game has a really engaged community too, with plenty of fans making excellent mods of their favorite trucks and vehicles, which gives ETS 2 really great lastability.
