The explosion in popularity of artificial intelligences has meant that more and more people are taking advantage of this technology to enhance all kinds of activities. First we saw tools like DALL-E 2, Midjourney or Stable Diffusion to generate images, ChatGPT for texts and now, we have Tome to create presentations from scratch.
Tome is a website that makes use of artificial intelligence to generate presentations. This is possible thanks to the combination of ChatGPT (to write the texts) and DALL-E 2 (for the images). The use of Tome is very simple (and free), since we only have to describe what the presentation will tell. Tome will do the rest of the work and generate 8 slides with their corresponding texts and images. The web also has a series of predefined templates in case you want to use a specific one.
Customized presentations and audio-to-text transcription: advantages of using Tome
To use Tome, you will need to register and create an account on their platform. By doing so, you will receive 500 points that will be spent as you generate new presentations. Each presentation will cost you about 15 points and if you want to add new slides, another 5 points. Keep this in mind before creating multiple presentations.

To top it off, the presentations are fully customizable. As in other popular programs (such as PowerPoint), Tome allows us to add images, animations, tables, webs… the list is very long. Although the web does not require you to be an expert in the use of IAs, the truth is that a more experienced person can get a lot out of it. In the end, its operation is very similar to that of other artificial intelligences: the more specific you are in your description, the better results you will get.
However, your description does not have to be written. Tome supports audio-to-text transcription, so all you need is a microphone to dictate what you want your presentation to say and you’re off and running.
At the moment, presentations made in Tome can only be viewed through the website itself. Even so, they can be shared through a link generated by the platform, which makes it easier for others to view your slides.
